18 - 25/hr Start date: ASAPAKTON Recruitment is working closely with local authorities and we are looking for a Social Care Officer in the Newham area. 3 - 6 months contract role. The post is for a Social Care Officer who will be completing Face to Face Care Act Assessments in the community, drawing up Support Plans where it is identified that the resident has care and support needs and completing initial reviews of the service provided .This is an unqualified social work position and the candidate must have 2 years plus experience of working in the field.
