The Company

The Company has grown phenomenally in the last few years and future plans are no less ambitious.
Operating across DIY, Interiors and Home product sectors.
The Role
This is a new position for the company, due to expansion! The role will be managing the showroom, as well as designing and selling kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The Company have a surplus of leads and need to recruit to continue to maximise their sales.
Sales values can vary massively depending on the size of the project.
The role manages the project from cradle to grave, so you will be involved right through the install until completion.
It is mainly selling to retail customers, but there is some trade business too.
The Person
Looking for an experienced sales designer in kitchens or potentially bathrooms too; would be ideal if some experience of both.
You should have creativity, flair and at least 2 years of successful relevant experience in a similar role.
You must be a really strong candidate in terms of your sales ability, and have a proven track record of beating targets and top-level sales performance that you can demonstrate; someone who has the ability to smash their budget apart as a sales designer and then moving forwards can lead by example.
Looking for someone with genuine ambition, someone who wants to progress their career.
A valid driver's licence is required.
The Package
£25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped OTE. This is up for discussion with the right person, there are limits, but the Company do not want to rule out the right candidate on salary. That being said, the right person should be very much sales driven.
