I am working alongside a professional services business based in the Edinburgh area who are looking to add a Senior Payroll Admin to their established team of 5. They are going through vast rapid growth and are looking for an experienced payroll candidate.Key Duties/Tasks:Using technical payroll skills including relevant systems & excel2 + Years Payroll experience desirableBureau / Practice / Client payroll experience ideally but not essentialSupport the busy payroll department high volume starters and leaversMust have very strong Excel as lots of manual processingHigh volume, fast paced roleProvide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Pension Contributions.Pensions & HMRC Submissions focusExperience of T & A system usefulBrightpay system ideally BenefitsSalary up to £30,000 Hybrid workingCompany pensionFlextime workingUp to 31 days paid holidayNormal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am to 5.00pm with 1-hour unpaid break.If this sounds like your next best opportunity, apply directly or call on (phone number removed) and ask for Jack Pople to discuss the role further.47302LNINDPAYN
