Job Description Reporting to the Financial Controller, your daily duties will include: Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounting department and leading the small accounts teamMonitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reportsPreparing management accounts Coordinating and completing annual auditsReviewing and recommending changes to policies and proceduresWorking closely with senior leadership stakeholders to share reports and analysis findings The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:Relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)Leadership skills Advanced computer skills, with experience using financial software systems Positive approach, with the ambition to develop their career What's on OfferSalary circa £50,000 to £60,000 A hybrid work model and flexibility with hours Generous holiday leave packageA positive company culture that promotes teamwork and professional growth
