This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor to join one of the UK’s top built environment consultancy. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for clients in an ever-changing sector and will be based in their offices in London.
Role responsibilities include:
Undertake appointments on site briefings and the coordination of surveyors
Help set up the testing of devices for data collection
Take the lead on new projects and pilot surveys for testing systems
Carry out general energy assessments for residential projects
The ideal candidate will have:
A DEA accreditation with experience and knowledge of construction technology in relation to residential housing
Experience with stock condition surveying would be beneficial
Computer literate and overall good educational background
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
