The Role / Key Responsibilities:

As an SEN Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities and learning styles. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating inclusive learning environments
• Developing individualised education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
• Utilising effective behaviour management techniques
• Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching students with SEN
• A genuine passion for empowering students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
