Your role as a Nurse will include:

Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
Responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the shift.
Continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents needs to implement a person-centred care plan.
Mentoring your team members and role-modelling best practice
To ensure that clinical equipment is maintained in a safe, clean and fully functional state. Report any equipment failures or damage to the Home Manager.
To maintain standards of infection control within the home and to assist residents to maintain their own infection control needs.
Qualifications and skills:

Current registration with the NMC
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Understanding of regulatory frameworks
You will have the right to work within the UK.
Great attitude and a love for being a nurse.
