NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment team in First Response Childrens' Duty team.
They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such high staff retention, you will have the comfort of joining a team with experienced staff/ management helping you along the way .

The team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together.
Requirements:
The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum post qualified experience as a social worker, ideally within R&A/ Assessment/Front door Experience.
