Achieved through the internal audit and inspection programme and continual assessment of site standards whilst on the factory floor to ensure that the factory environment complies with group, third party and customer requirements.What will I be doing?Provide guidance and technical support to ensure the sites QMS are being followed on the factory floor, working closely with the Quality Systems and Operations Teams to promote high levels of awareness, and understanding, as well as driving continuous improvement to ensure there is a standard approach on QMS activities whilst promoting product safety, legality, and quality excellence.Support the sites Internal Audit and Inspection programme to verify the sites QMS meet all Kerry, 3rd Party and Customer requirements.Ensure that audits are carried out by trained personnel to the correct standard in a timely manner.Customer focused - acts as a credible customer facing representative of Kerry liaising with the customer.Build sustainable relationships with the centralised functions to ensure the smooth introduction of new materials, products / processes, ways of working and materials to site. Key stakeholders include Food Safety Team, Regulatory Team, Raw Material Team, Category Technologist and ProcurementEnsure H&S and environmental standards are always adhered to, and departmental risk assessments are up to date where relevant. Adopt a 'don't walk by culture'.Support in any site investigations that are required.What do I need to be successful?Essential skills:Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills. Fluency of English language. Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.Data-based approach to decision making.Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in both low/high care food manufacturing environments.Highly self-motivated showing strong self-discipline and a structured approach to practices & improvements.Able to meet deadlines.The ability to identify, create local strategy and actively deliver improvements.
