More about the role:Duties will include, but not limited to:Managing rota's including scheduled leave & clawbackManaging personnel mobilising and demobilisingManaging POB requirements including absenceManaging travel and/or accommodation requirementsManaging leavers, transfers, secondments & new startsSourcing cover for absence within our ad-hoc poolLiasing with offshore & onshore managers on a daily basisManaging ad hoc plannerIssuing Check in details & trip confirmationsIssuing absence notifications to employees & managersSupporting with recruitment and induction of new personnelIssuing training compliance reports monthly to offshore via training management systemSupporting training and medical requirementsWho you are:The successful candidate:Previous experience within a similar roleStrong administration skillsConfident IT skills including MS outlook, Word, Excel and SAPAbility to respond to and effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlinesExperience of working in a fast-paced commercial environmentWho we are:As part of Compass, you have the opportunity to work behind the scenes at sports and leisure events, oilrigs and military bases, and in the heart of schools, hospitals, care homes, client offices and boardrooms - some 6,000+ locations across the UK and Ireland.We do it all and so could you.
