Operations Co-Ordinator

Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.RESPONSIBILITIES Set up hire orders in the rental database so as to produce appropriate dispatch paperworkFormulate proforma invoices, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being shipped internationally for rentalProduce cargo summaries; stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being dispatched locally for rentalCompile reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections carried out by staff.Generate customer on-hire reports and send on a weekly basis so as to show equipment remaining on-hireUpdate weekly client spreadsheet stating items on-hire, relevant rig, detailing client owned equipment returned or in storageStocktaking- Assisting with locating assets during stock audits by means of historical checks on movements of sameLiaising with both clients and yard team respectively with regards to current and upcoming hires and hire returnsAssisting Operations Manager when neededParticipate in on-call rotationREQUIREMENTSGood operational and technical experienceGood knowledge of Mooring equipmentExperience with NAVISIONEffective/competent MS Office Suite UserHigh level of communication skills both written and verbalGood level of communication skills both written and verbal
