Office Administrator

Salary: 21000-23000 D.O.E.

35 Hour working week

Location: City Centre

Principle Responsibilities: -

  • Administration duties including incoming and outgoing post; telephone calls, general filing.
  • Assisting technical staff with both corporate and personal insolvency cases.
  • Organising and coordinating business meetings and marketing events.
  • Data input and report generation using Sage and bespoke insolvency practitioner software.
  • Reception duties; meeting and greeting visitors to the office.

Qualifications/Attributes

The ideal candidate would be: -

  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
  • Have several years' experience of working in an office environment and have good communication skills; accounting or legal services would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent training provided.
