MIG Welder

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and reliable MIG Welder to join our client's team based in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire.

What's the role?

• Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 - with an early Friday finish
• £18 per hour - paid weekly
• Immediate starts for the right candidates

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Using engineering instructions for each job
• Checking dimensions of materials and prepare them to be welded
• Operating welding equipment as well as precision measuring instruments
• Cleaning work areas and tools
• Carrying out other duties relevant to the role

To be successful within this MIG Welder position you will have previous experience as a MIG Welder, ideally in a production environment. Combined with the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team; following both written and verbal instructions.
