The successful candidate will also support senior solicitors with high-value complex claims.Responsibilities:Manage all client work allocated by the Head of Department.Ensure expeditious progression of client work while maintaining regular client communication on progress and costs.Uphold high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.RequirementsRequirements:Law Degree (or equivalent); LPC qualification; Legal Executive qualification.Must have 1 - 3 years of experience in clinical negligence within a law firm.Excellent IT and case management skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.Previous experience working with case management systems will be an advantage.Ability to present a professional image at all times to clients and collaborators.Socially confident with good written and oral communication skills.Hardworking and able to work to tight deadlines.BenefitsBenefits:Up to £35,000paBonus Scheme.25 days annual leave.Staff discount.Annual Holiday Sale/Purchase scheme.Benefit platform membership.Life Assurance.Flexible working.Law Degree (or equivalent); LPC qualification; Legal Executive qualification. 1 - 3 years of experience in clinical negligence within a law firm.
