What`s involved?

As a Kitchen Manager you will work closely with both the kitchen and front of house team. Keeping your eye on the exceedingly high quality food which goes out.

You will care about well-sourced ingredients and be conscious of the decisions you and the business make. You will be confident in your ability to train and develop your kitchen team, sharing knowledge, identifying training opportunities and helping them grow.
