Job Title: Junior Finance Business PartnerLocation: BasingstokeJob Type: PermanentSalary: £50,000 Plus Bonus and BenefitsWe are currently looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our fantastic client in t Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to provide financial analysis and support to the business.Responsibilities:- Provide financial analysis and support to the Finance team- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports- Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns- Develop financial models to support decision-making- Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement- Assist in the preparation of business cases for new projects and initiatives- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as requiredRequirements:- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
