Job Title: IT Knowledge Management Specialist
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2024
Salary Range: Dependent on Experience
Location: Eastleigh - Hybrid Working

IT Knowledge Management Specialist: Ageas in Eastleigh have a fantastic opportunity available for a candidate with strong understanding of knowledge management principles and technologies, to join the team as an IT Knowledge Management Specialist.
The IT Knowledge Management Specialist will use their experience in knowledge management within an IT department, to analyse the current knowledge sharing processes, identifying gaps, and leveraging technology to enhance the flow of information within Ageas Insurance.
Here are some of the main skills and experience required to be successful in the IT Knowledge Management Specialist opportunity:
Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships with stakeholders of all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Here are some of the main responsibilities of the IT Knowledge Management Specialist role, based in Eastleigh:
Develop a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with Ageas IT goals
Assist in the development and implementation of knowledge management policies and procedures within all areas of Ageas IT
Review existing knowledge management tools, evaluating these against new tools in the market and aligning use of these tools with the defined strategy
Manage the capture, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of technical documentation, service delivery knowledge, processes and policies within systems or organisational knowledge stores
Manage and curate all other content aligned to the defined strategy within knowledge management systems.
