Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for 4 Injection Moulding Setters to support continued business growth.

Candidates
MUST HAVE
proven experience within injection moulding manufacturing and demonstrable knowledge of injection moulding machinery, processes and materials
An exciting time to secure a stable position with a company committed to investment in the ongoing training and development of their staff
Role:
As Injection Moulding Setter you will ensure correct material is supplied to the machine in accordance with the production order
Performing tool changes and machine condition setting
Starting and set up of injection moulding machines, automation systems and ancillaries as required
Energy management of machines not needed for production, applies to switching off pumps on injection moulding machines, conveyor motors etc
Basic machine and tool maintenance
Equipping the IML systems with IML films, documenting the order change and removing the lab...
