Are you looking for a part time HR Administrator position? Do you have previous HR experience? We are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for a 1 year fixed term contract. You must be available to work :18 hours a week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (days and hours of work are negotiable). Minimum of 5 hours per day. Hybrid working is available after training period.
As HR Administrator you will:
- Keep personnel records up to date
- Prepare new starter induction packs and documentation
- Deal with HR queries
- Assist with reference checks
- Support the HR team with general administrative duties
As HR Administrator you will be :
- Self-motivated
- Organised, conscientious, and hard-working
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work as part of a successful team
- Good IT skills using Excel
- Candidates with previous HR experience is extremely desirable but not essential
