Housing Support Worker

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client in their search for a Housing Support Worker to work from their offices and in the Flintshire Community.

For the successful Housing Support Worker our client is offering:

• £17.12 p/hour    
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
• Temporary Ongoing
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday, Temporary Ongoing Role, Immediate Start

The role - Housing Support Worker:

• Work with tenants in the community to implement corrective measures for housing, possible eviction and housing agreements
• Engage with referral agencies to generate referrals
• Ensure properties are adequately equipped, maintained, and furnished
• Maintain regular contact with service users as per service requirements
• Conduct initial and regular assessments of service users' needs and risks

What our client is looking for in a Housing Support Worker:

• Previous experience in a housing support role – ESSENTIAL
• Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance – ESSENTIAL
• DBS – DESIREABLE
• Excellent Communication skills
