Key responsibilities asHead of Engineering:Manage lead and mentor an established Engineering teamDevelop and implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement.Project and develop current processes and project management systems.Deliver all engineering activities in a smooth and timely manner.Working with multiple departments across the business, you will ensure that effective communication is key to ensure expectations are met for all products and commercial objectives. Experience and skill required asHead of Engineering:A recognised Engineering qualification, ideally at Degree level.Strong people leader experience Able to demonstrate an experienced background in electrical technical engineering and project managementCapable of stepping up to a challenge and working in pressured situations Benefits forHead of Engineering:Up to £75K basic salary doePension schemeOn site parkingFantastic opportunity to potentially develop in time to a directorship within the business for the right person.
