Job Description:We are looking for a Head of Business Winning Services to join Leonardo in Edinburgh.Leonardo is a global leader in defence electronics and delivers mission critical systems for situational awareness, electronic warfare and surveillance across land, sea and air. The CS3 line of business has locations across the UK and is uniquely positioned to provide aftermarket services and new products to our customers in the Air and Land domains.As Head of Business winning you will provide a professional business support service to our Sales team providing data analytics and governance support as well as acting as custodian of our business winning systems.Under the direction of VP Sales and VP Project Controls and PM you will responsible for provision of data and presentation material to support internal approvals and business winning reviews. Support VP Sales with meetings with other functions on topics such as BPIA spend, IBP and Divisional Sales reviews.Work with Project Controllers/Planners to ensure that costs incurred in Business Winning are attributed to the correct SAP cost codes.Act as the custodian of the BW process in CS3, ensuring that:Personnel understand the processInternal/External audits are hostedCompliance to the process is achievedElectronic approvals are raised, approved/rejected and current status is publishedMentoring/supervision as required.Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge requiredA competent business analyst or project manager with an analytical approach to service provision and process ownershipProactive involvement with Sales teams to ensure compliance to the BW process and that reporting is accurately completed.Comfortable with data manipulation and presentation to ensure that VP Sales has the latest record of financial salients and data is presented in an easily digestible manner.Understanding of process ownership including management of process updates.Comfortable discussing sales budgets and key financials with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the Sales input to the IBP process is accurate.Ability to ensure financial data is correctly represented in the BW tool sets.Ability to train new users on the BW tool set, such as SAP, Offers register/capture planning toolProvide advice and guidance on the LCM process as it applies to Sales activity.The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstration strong communication and negotiation skills.Strong Customer focus.Personal presence and credibilityPrimary Location:GB - EdinburghAdditional Locations:GB - Bristol - Coldharbour Lane, GB - Lincoln, GB - Luton - Cap.
