Company DescriptionThis key role is responsible for the development, management, and execution of the GTM launch plan for new products, new product enhancements and strategic initiatives to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.The role will provide input and participate in meetings with key stakeholder groups including Product Management, Props, Marketing, PMO, Sales, Service, Consumer and Tech & Ops supporting the Senior Manager – GTM in gathering requirements, gaining internal alignment on GTM program development and ensuring executional delivery.Providing accurate GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary are key elements of the role.Job DescriptionProvide input to the GTM calendar ensuring this is accurate.Collaborate with trading, sales and marketing to qualify, develop, and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities.Project manage a selection of the relevant campaigns and initiatives.Existing, Core Props Configuration, Development and Deployment.Assist with creatingprops briefs.Update GTM trackers across the business.Engage with key stakeholders.Flag where there may be potential bottlenecks in a timely manner.Carry out post implementation reviews providing feedback on areas that require changeQualificationsPrevious experience within a GTM function is desirable.Experience of working in fast paced, dynamic and challenging environments.Experience of balancing multiple requests and deadlines.Good interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes.Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines.Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet themGood Commercial Acumen.Able to make balanced decisions and prioritise effectively.Able to deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to any levels of management.Additional InformationCompetitive annual salary, a performance based annual bonus & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 personal days annually, which increases with length of servicePrivate Medical Insurance, Life Assurance and Income ProtectionFree mobile phone package & unlimited sim-cardFree on-site car parking.... At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
