Job Description: French Speaking Credit ControllerLocation: North West England, Lancashire, BlackburnJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annumBenefits: BonusJob Duties:Managing and collecting debts from company debtorsContacting clients in French to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoicesResolving billing discrepancies and disputesNegotiating payment plans with clientsMaintaining accurate records of all debt collection activitiesProviding regular updates to management on outstanding debtsRequired Qualifications:Fluency in French (native speaker level)Proven experience in credit control or a similar roleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEducation:A relevant qualification in Accounting or FinanceExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a related fieldKnowledge and Skills:Understanding of financial regulations and credit control practisesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to analyse financial data and generate reportsPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification in Credit Management or AccountingExperience working in a multinational companyWorking Conditions:Office-based role with occasional client visitsStandard working hours with potential for overtime during busy periodsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
