Finance Business Partner

Your new company Our client is a medium sized and rapidly growing facilities and property group. Reporting to an inspiring FD who can help develop the incumbent, this role will provide Financial Analysis and insight into group financial performance. The company offers hybrid working and a bonus scheme.Your new role In the role of Finance Business Partner you will support the finance function by providing insightful analysis on financial performance and work closely with operational partners to help them make better decisions.Tasks will include:Provision of weekly KPI's for board reportAnalysis of financial and commercial data for insight.Partnering Operational leaders to help them understand financial performance.Business case presentation and Scenario planning.Provide support to commercial team.Support development and use of the ERP system.What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a part or fully qualified accountant with a passion for business partnering.You should have strong analysis and interpersonal skills.Exposure to forecasting and budgeting is essential.Strong systems skills including intermediate to advanced Excel.What you'll get in return A competitive salary is offered along with hybrid working and a bonus scheme.
