##### DescriptionEstimator / Senior EstimatorConstructionNottingham70,000 - 80,000 + (DOE)The Company:An exciting opportunity for an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a Main Contractor in the Nottingham area. As a major UK contractor my client have a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.About The Role:As an Estimator / Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering works in the throughout the Midlands Region. Your focus is:• Creating and understanding specifications.• Building relationships with clients.• Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.• Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.• Reporting and working closely with the Director.About You:• Experience working with a Main Contractor.• Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.• Live in a commutable distance to Nottingham.• Understanding and creating specifications.• Excellent Construction industry knowledge.• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.• Great technical knowledge.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal What’s on Offer:• 70,000 - 80,000 + (DOE)• Car Allowance • Company Pension• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays• Progression & Growth• Potential for Hybrid work If you’re interested in the role or have any further questions, please apply and I will be in contact soon.
