Engineering Manager

Harlow

Up to £70,000

Monday - Friday

25 days holiday + banks, Up to 10% pension, Paid mileage

I have an exciting opportunity in Harlow for an Engineering Manager to come in and manage a team of 8 Engineers, the FMCG company are looking for this person to come in and bring that change management that the site needs!

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 8 engineers - all a mix of multi skilled, mechanical and electrical
  • Reporting into the Operations Manager
  • Planning all maintenance using Automa
  • Managing contractors and handling health and safety for them including PPE
  • Procurement of spares
  • Performance management of engineers, KPI management, handle appraisals/ disciplinary
  • Helping with the projects - investments throughout the company (The company are expanding at the moment)

To be considered for this position you will be an Engineering Manager who has worked in Food/ FMCG environments for a few years, if you have been an Engineering Manager in a few different companies this would be advantageous.
