EC&I Engineer

Mac Recruit Group have an excellent opportunity for an EC&I Engineer role in Aberdeen on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all front line electrical, control system and instrumentation maintenance activities across all the process, building and site systems that comprise the recently operational Energy from Waste Plant.
EC&I Engineer duties & responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
As EC&I Engineer you will calibrate and maintain instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, and analyzers to ensure accuracy and reliability of process measurements.
Ensure that all electrical, control, and instrumentation systems comply with safety standards and regulations. Participate in safety audits and inspections, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or risks.
Collaborate with other departments and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, manuals, and maintenance records for electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
