As our strategic leader, you will have prevention, early help, and reducing inequalities at the heart of all that you do, ensuring Bexley is a place where everyone can live a health and fulfilling life.Service integration has worked in Bexley, and we are proud of the great strides we have made by working in close partnership with the ICS, community & voluntary sector, businesses, partners, and our residents. This is not just a critical role for our Council, it is a critical role for our ambitious system. As one of two Place Executive Leads within the borough, you will work alongside and in an integrated way with the place lead at our ICS, driving our agenda forward with join system ownership. In this role, and together with partners, you will continue to design, implement, and embed new ways of both thinking and working that delivers the best possible outcomes for our residents, no matter the service they need.We have been ambitious for our services in Bexley, and you will join a team and Council that embraces change, modernisation and transformation. Under your leadership we will continue to be at the forefront of driving positive service change in both adult social care and health, with improving our residents’ outcomes always our primary focus.About youTo succeed in this role, you will already be a leader within adult social care services.
