Deputy Manger Priority Healthcare are recruiting for a talentedDeputy Manager for a children’s home in thePreston area. Job type: Full time - 40 hours per week Pay:
£30182.88 to £32847.36
- Initially this roleis toassist the Registered Manger and providing care to the young individuals.
- Ensure children receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence
- Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals
- Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards
- Managing the team and provideleadership Schedule:
- Monday - Sunday
- 08:00-22:00
- Mixture offull and half days The client and the role:
- Clients have Learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy
- Requires management skills
- Individual lovesgoing out into the community
- Promoting independence

- Must hold a valid driving license
- Have experience doingmanagement
- Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
- Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK
