Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our prestigious Livingston-based clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay rate: £12.19 per hour

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to assist with incoming calls, emails. customer service calls and queries regarding customer orders and general enquiries.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your duties would be customer centred ensuring a positive experience for all, therefore a positive can-do attitude is essential. Combined with:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great listening skills and the ability to build relationships
  • The ability to empathise and reassure customers
  • Keeping customer information up to date
  • Good IT skills

Ideally you as a Customer Service Administrator will have previous experience within a customer facing or similar role with proven skills and experience to make our requirements.
