Cornwall - flexible location Truro/ Redruth

Permanent Role, Salary flexible depending on experience

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance and refurb contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Cornwall.

Day to Day:


  • To manage the day-to-day requirements of a repairs and maintenance contract
  • Lead a team, monitoring performance and delivery with the end client
  • Work closely with the senior management team
  • Experience of working on a social housing contract,
  • Experience of schedule of rates
  • Reporting budgets
  • Monthly and quarterly contract reviews

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):


  • Suitable related construction based NVQ or equivalent
  • Strong contract and people management experience
  • Experience working in social housing essential
  • Experience of working high volume repairs jobs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding around HR process
