Contract Coordinator

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The Company:
Build Recruitment are working with a local construction contractor to recruit a permanent Contracts Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team.
We are searching for an experienced Contract Coordinator or a Contracts Administrator looking to take the next step in their career.
This is an office-based role, requiring daily commute to Redruth.
You will be supporting the Contracts Manager and Contracts Supervisor across a busy construction contract, providing your coordination, administrative, and organization skills to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Customer service skills will be key as you’ll act as a point of contact for the contract's customers and clients, external contractors, and the internal team of experienced trades.
Excellent administrative skills are required to manage various data and computer systems to track work progress. You’ll also need to accurately input data and support the team with on-time and accurate reporting.
Experience using a schedule of rates would be desirable but is not essential.
Experience working within a similar role in the construction sector would be advantageous as our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide their support from day 1.
An annual salary between £23K to £26K is on offer for the right candidate, dependent on skills and experience.
