Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Dundee

Rate of pay :14-16 PH
Responsibilities:
Execute culinary dishes in accordance with the menu specifications
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Contribute to menu development and innovation
Monitor and control food wastage
Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Culinary degree or relevant certification
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for creating exceptional dishes and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
