Are you an experienced and compassionate support worker looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young adults coming out of care? We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our Care Leavers Residential Service in Wigan. Our service provides education, care, and support to young adults coming out of care, preparing them to move up in life.

Key Details:


  • Pay: £27,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: 10am-10pm sleep 1 on 2 off
  • Location: Wigan

Requirements:


  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience working within a supported living setting (adults or children)
  • UK Driving License

Duties:

  • Supporting the Young people on days out
  • Creating activities
  • Assisting with housing applications/further education applications
  • To promote independence

Work Authorization:


  • United Kingdom work authorization required.

Work Location:


  • In-person work setting.
