Overview :
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to join our team in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery team, ensuring the effective management and delivery of apprenticeship programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of apprenticeship standards, and the ability to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the delivery team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to tutors and assessors.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and quality standards.
Monitor learner progress and performance, implementing interventions as necessary to support achievement and progression.
