The Position
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the delivery of creative and marketing projects from start to finish. Acting as a primary point of contact for our clients and working closely with our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also exploring opportunities for upselling and business growth.
The day-to-day role:
Client Relationship Management : Delivering exceptional customer service and communication between our clients and our internal teams, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding clients' business goals, strategic objectives and campaign briefs and communicating these internally.
Project Oversight : Oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, from briefing to final delivery. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and align with clients' expectations and agency standards projects
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets and timeframes, including liaising with our internal teams to plan and coordinate cost estimates, project schedules, campaign reviews and reports. Keeping abreast of the work schedule to ensure client expectations are managed and projects are delivered within agreed budgets while maintaining agency standards.
Account Growth : Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding clients' evolving needs and in collaboration with design and marketing teams, propose new services or creative solutions.
Problem-Solving:
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Find solutions to challenges that arise during projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and other key metrics. Provide clients with regular reports and insights, offering recommendations for future improvements.
Do You Have What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management or client services roles, preferably within a creative design agency.
Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Strong attention to detail, organising and processing, and proofing work, with a passion for planning and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver under pressure.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
A positive, self-motivated team player with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving continuous improvement.
